Gcup3 Terms and Conditions – Complete Guide for All Platform Members

02 Account Registration

To become a gcup3 member, you must meet the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout your membership:

• At least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Provide complete, accurate, and current personal information, including your full name, phone number, date of birth, and a valid email address.
• Only register one (1) account only per individual. Registering multiple accounts under the same name or using different information for the same purpose is prohibited.
• Not registering on behalf of another person or using a false identity.

Gcup3 reserves the right to reject any registration application without providing a reason. gcup3's decision in this matter is final.

03 Deposits and Withdrawals

Gcup3 supports a variety of local Malaysian payment methods including DuitNow QR, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay and online bank transfers. All financial transactions on gcup3 are subject to the following terms:

• All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in the Member's own name. Payments using third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Deposits are usually processed within less than 60 seconds after payment confirmation is received.
• Withdrawals are processed within 15 to 60 minutes for accounts that have completed KYC verification.
• Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits are as stated on your account page and may vary according to your VIP membership level.
• Withdrawals exceeding the daily limit or requiring additional review may take up to one (1) business day.

Gcup3 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking disruptions or factors beyond the platform's control.

04 Bonuses and Promotions

Gcup3 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to its members from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms stated in each respective promotion, and are also generally subject to the following general rules:

• Each bonus has a wagering requirements (e.g., 20x, 30x) that must be met before bonus funds can be converted into withdrawable cash.
• Bonuses are valid for one (1) account per individual, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• Gcup3 reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from them if there is evidence of abuse, manipulation or fraud.
• Bonuses have an expiry period as stated in their respective promotion terms. Bonuses not used within that period will be automatically forfeited.
• Some games may be excluded from fulfilling bonus wagering requirements. The list of eligible games is stated in the terms of each promotion.

08 Account Suspension and Closure

Gcup3 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate any member's account under the following circumstances:

• The Member has violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity has been detected in the account.
• The Member failed to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• The account has been inactive for more than twelve (12) consecutive months.
• Gcup3 is required to do so by the relevant authorities or in accordance with legal requirements.

Members may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the gcup3 support team. Any valid balance will be returned to the member in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures, subject to the settlement of any pending transactions.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, gcup3 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from or in connection with the use of this platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from technical disruptions, internet outages, or user device failures.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by a member's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.
• Losses resulting from foreign currency exchange rate fluctuations affecting the value of transactions.
• Delays in transaction processing caused by third-party payment processors.

Gcup3 makes no guarantees regarding the uninterrupted availability of this platform. While gcup3 strives to maintain high uptime, scheduled maintenance and emergency situations may cause the platform to be temporarily inaccessible.

10 Amendments to Terms and Conditions

Gcup3 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at gcup3's sole discretion. Such amendments will take effect immediately upon being published on the gcup3 platform.

Gcup3 will endeavour to notify members of any material amendments through:

• Email to your registered email address.
